Poems by Rigmor Palmqvist and Ove Wahlqvist

The poems are published in 2020.Twenty two poems only. A small book. No illustrations.Only poems. No political statements about the Swedish society, or about the decline of the welfare state of Sweden ,or about the health care  situation in Sweden.No. The poems are reports about the close,complicated  relationship between two persons who are struggling with emotions, feelings, impossible love or love without an ending. But they have not forgotten a wish to have an encounter with « God». The poem:» I am a human being» is a nice way of asking for some contact with us – the human beings- asking God to take a look at the living conditions set up by a supreme power called «God». «… Vax upp! Kom ned på jorden så skal jag lære dig hur det ar att vara manniska!...»,  «…men kom ner!...». But most of the poems are dealing with a wish for love even if they do not know how to deal with the emotions  making a good and lasting relationship.

Rigmor Palmqvist was born in Stockholm, but she was working with culture matters at Skåne for years.She is a poet. Education: Therapist (Rosenterapeut).

Ove Wahlqvist is a poet and writer too. He worked for Swedish Television Audiovisual Archives for many years. A marathon runner and a musician too.
