The summer of 2015 in the city of Nice, France, was a hot
event. What to do when the temperature shows about 33 degree celcius? My advice
is: Leave the city of Nice as soon as possible aiming at a nice little village
not far from Tourrettes- sur- Loup and
Nice. The goal for your travelling is Pont du Loup situated between the
river Gorges du loup and the mountains of Grasse. The village is not a modern
site set up for tourists some years ago. No. At the end of the 19th century the
village used to be a fashionable country resort . In 1944 the German troops
blew up the arches spanning the river . The ruines of the railway have not been
moved. The sweet factory and the waterfalls are
targets for any visit to the Pont du Loup. If you belong to the group of
people addict to chocolate , you join me for a visit to the chocolate factory
where we might enjoy the plessure of the addiction of eating chocolates. Besides
you may take a swim or a bath in the cold but nice river close to the factory.
The waterfalls are refreshing too!
